“This was a great class, with very well-organized and approachable material covering many of the most common relationship pitfalls of early parenthood (money, sex, parenting styles, communication issues, etc). Aaron presented everything with sensitivity and clarity, and I've recommended the class to other couples many times! I think it would have been even better if the two sessions were both integrated between education and practice, rather than having the first session be mostly presentation while the second was mostly practice. I wanted to take the "in the trenches" follow-up course to review and refresh, but because we also have some major issues not covered in the workshop, we need more individualized support (which we're getting in therapy). It might be worth adding a segment on "special circumstances" for those couples dealing with less common issues. Even with these critiques, I've recommended this course to anyone mentioning parenting-related relationship issues several times!”

Hi! Thank you so much taking the time to write such a thoughtful review, and thank you for sharing and recommending our course! Regarding the two sessions feedback, we absolutely agree and have updated the live class to make sure it's the right balance of education and exercises, which is also the case in our on-demand courses. Since you took the course, we've also changed the format pretty substantially to have one offering for expecting folks and a different one for those who already have a kid or kids in the world, to be able to attend with the right amount of attention to the different needs. I'm sorry to hear about the major issues not covered in the workshop and I love the "special circumstances" feedback; it's something we've considered before. We'd love to hear more.
