“I found that this program covered a lot of things that we were personally struggling with with other programs that were similar in theory. I have a toddler who is more persistent and highly sensitive so the just let them work it out and come back was not working and stressing me and her out more. While we are still working through all the different things I definitely feel supported especially with the online help to ask questions for specific situations. I am happy with our purchase because sleep is so vital! Will use it again if we add another to the clan 😊 I have also paid for more expensive sleep training which seemed harder to implement for my Velcro baby and wish I found this first.”

“My 3yo had already been sleep trained before I reached out to "Big Kid Sleep", but there were significant challenges after "lights out" for months at this point. So I joined one of the masterclasses and put the tips to use and did see an improvement, which motivated me to purchase the course. The amount of support I got daily (when I needed it) was quite amazing. I purchased the course with the added zoom calls support, SO WORTH IT!! Everyone was so friendly and brutally understanding/validating. They've heard and seen it all. Given the times of day they would respond to my outreach I can tell these consultants work HARD to make sure you're getting the support you need. Every child's pace is different; there has been a change for our little girl, slowly but surely. We give her the attention she needs throughout the day and "fill her power bucket", and this has made a huge difference. She would scream when hubby and I would leave the room, and now, that's hardly happening (we went from 7days/wk of mayhem to now, maybe 1-2wk). I worked mostly with Alyssa who is WONDERFUL and personable. As well as Jilly (OMG so nice) who provided alot of support as well....I was more star-struck at this point than seeking support haha! Thank you all, your lessons have been helpful and you provide alot of info and "props" (ie. workbooks) that keep us accountable and in-check. Thanks again!”

“Very easy to follow & implement, with so much detail, it really is a step by step guide to getting your baby (and the rest of the family) sleeping great. The support is amazing and although the program does provide all the information you need to be able to go it alone, it’s worth spending the extra money for the support option as they help you with your specific situation and you can ask as many questions as you want, all while feeling like they have all the time in the world for you. So friendly and non-judgmental too, and you can tell they are passionate about helping others achieve great sleep. It was very invaluable when working through a sleep regression and nap transition! Do not have any doubts in purchasing this, I wish I did it with my first born instead of suffering for years.”

“Like most of you, my wife and I missed sleeping and were tired of getting up 3 times a night with our 10-month-old. My wife and I unknowingly created some sleep associations with our second child that were counterproductive to all of us sleeping. Sure, we were doing the big picture things(we had a "routine" and were "sort of close" but nothing was changing. Turns out, it was all the detail and nuance we were missing that really made the difference. This program brings all of that together, and then some. It's not just the sleep method(s), but it's all the other things throughout the day that factor in too. Yep, you get to choose the sleep method that you are most comfortable with and it comes with day-by-day, step-by-step instructions. Our little one started sleeping through the night on day one of the program. She resettles herself without any help and now does it without any fuss. I know there are other programs out there. I have no idea if they work or not, but what I do know is Jilly's program works. It works really well. On top of the program, Jilly, Alyssa, and team are there to answer all the nuance/kid-specific questions and they are awesome at it. They really do care. Do yourself the favor and start the program. I cannot recommend it enough. The price is worth the sleep.”

“Before speaking with Alyssa I got in touch with several other sleep consultants; my baby’s sleep was ok but we still had some issues. The consultation was very clear and the tips helped him sleep throughout the night right after starting to follow the schedule she made for him. I am so grateful to Alyssa because I was honestly exhausted from waking up multiple times a night wondering what’s wrong. I was always a fan of a good routine and I knew that if we followed it his sleep would improve. My 1-year-old baby is now sleeping from 7:30 pm till 6:45-7 am + 2 naps during the day which was the ideal outcome for us.”

“This program has been so beneficial! The range of tools and resources has helped us through the many sleep phases our toddler has experienced. I found the live calls a great way to talk through any issues, and to also hear from other parents who are going through the same thing. The advice provided by the support team helped us overcome dropping the final nap and the resulting early wakings. I would highly recommend this program to any parents who want to equip their little ones to sleep well, and to sleep themselves again!!”

“Like many parents who have left reviews, I can really sum my experience up by saying "I wish I had done this sooner." It is SO nice to not have to fight with my little guy anymore at bedtime. To be able to have a loving, positive experience instead of a shouting/threatening session...to not have to spent two to three hours of my night laying with him waiting for him to fall asleep...priceless. We have our evenings back, and my son is going to sleep quietly, and alone. Seriously, if you're here reading this, just get it. It is some of the best money I've ever spent, and I suspect it will be the same for you. Just do it.”
