“The Early Waking No More guidelines were very helpful. We made a few adjustments and rarely have early waking before 5:30. The only reason our child occasionally wakes up at 5:30 is because he can hear the alarm clock through the wall. Our child does not cry to be picked up immediately and is fine with hanging out/playing in the crib until 6am.”
