“We visited Balnecroft today to purchase a ladies coat we had seen on line. Not sure what size to order so went to try them on. Upon arrival was met by a lovely, friendly lady called Mandy. Unfortunately they did not have my partners size so Mandy said she had just purchased the same coat in a different colour and would be happy to pop home and get it so my partner could try it on. Anyway ended up ordering the coat in size XS (to be delivered) and purchased other items which we are very happy with. Mandy was very helpful getting different sizes out to try. Thank you for your time and assistance today Mandy.”

“Absolutely brilliant bit of kit it fits perfectly it's really comfortable. Large pockets so you can easily put 75 plus cartridges. I couldn't be happier and at a really good price. And very good quality.”

“Having recieved my first parcel the item was to small. I was able to exchange this for a larger one. Having contacted Balnecroft to find out where my item was. I was told it had been delivered photo for ID was given However my item appears to have been stolen. Having contacted the company and having a police reference number. They where totally unhelpful. In fact laughed and said I might see the postman wearing it!! I wasn't offered any reimbursement. It is the company's responsibility to ensure safe delivery. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered a pair of trousers in February and as of mid may have still not received them ,phoned four times ,spoke to a real person once who said they would send a pair and were sorry,still not received them ,have now given up hope!”
