“Customer service from BAR-TEK hasn't been great! Our family had genuine questions and help regarding the Steel Oil Pan for our family 2020 VW Golf R MK7.5 Wagon, never answered properly or avoided each question. Murad didn't give us further time to purchase the Magnetic Sump plug/screws to have shipped together with the steel oil pan and never even replied to us when we informed him. He decided to ship the item Steel Oil Pan. Our aim was to save on shipping cost, instead of paying twice for shipping we could of had it altogether. Very dissapointing and upset.”

This shipping method typically takes more time compared to express delivery services, such as the one used for your previous shipment from Taiwan. That explains the noticeable difference in delivery speed. Unfortunately, once the order has been handed over to the courier, we no longer have direct control over the delivery timeline.
