“Hallo, Mit der Abwicklung der Bestellung und dem Versand war ich sehr zufrieden. Das Packet kam deutlich schneller als erwartet und angekündigt, unbeschädigt, bei mir an. Ein kleines Manko war die Fertigungs Qualität des Krümmers. Wie Sie den angefügten Bildern entnehmen können, liegt eine Bohrung nur halb im Krümmerflansch, was bei mir leider leichte Skepsis zur Wertigkeit und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aufkommen lässt. “We purchased a perfect TFSI main bearing pulley and a low-pressure pump for a TFSI 4x4, but assembly was very difficult, and the pump isn't plug-and-play and doesn't fit properly. It still works, though. For example, the float isn't in the same spot, and the fuel metering is incorrect. Furthermore, the hose connecting to the second tank is very tight, and I don't know if the nozzle on the pump will break.”

Hallo Hans-Joachim, es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir unsere angegebene Lieferzeiten nicht einhalten konnten. Wir sind aber immer bemüht nicht nur die beste Qualität sondern auch den besten Service zu liefern. Leider sind wir aber auch von Lieferzeiten anderer Hersteller abhängig und müssen uns teilweise auf deren Aussagen verlassen. Auch hier kann und kommt es leider immer wieder entweder zu Verzögerungen oder halt zu Falschlieferungen seitens der Zulieferer, wie auch in deinem Fall. Ich denke, wir haben hier jedoch zügig und in deinem Interesse ein passende Lösung gefunden. Wir hoffen auf Dein Verständnis und das Dein Auto Dir trotzdem viel Freude machen wird. Danke für Dein Feedback ;-)

“Hallo,ich habe bei ihnen vor ungefähr 5 Jahren eine Hochdruckpumpe für meinen Audi S3 8P erworben.Vor ca.4 Wochen hat sich der Boden vom Becherstößel volkommen aufgelöst,sodas die Feder der Pumpe direkt auf der Nockenwelle gearbeitet hat was sehr ärgerlich ist.Ich bin mit dieser Pumpe knapp 40000 km gefahren,für einen Preis von 799 Euro hatte ich mehr erwartet.Jetzt habe ich abermals bei Ihnen die gleiche Pumpe bestellt die leider keinen Druck aufbaut,meine Werkstatt GT-Performance hat sich schon mit Ihnen in Verbindung gesetzt zwecks Umtausch der neuen von Ihnen gelieferten Pumpe.Für mich ist das Ganze sehr Ernüchternd und maßlos ärgerlich und in jedweder Art nicht zu akzeptieren.Ich erwarte als Kunde für diesen Preis absolute Souveränität.Ich hoffe das wir dieses Problem lösen können.MfG Klee Jürgen”

Hallo Jürgen, ja ich hatte ja gestern mit deiner Werkstatt gesprochen. Es ist aber wichtig den Stössel regelmäßig zu kontrollieren oder zu ersetzen, siehe auch hier: https://www.bar-tek.com/de/20l-tfsi-pumpenstoessel-dlc-beschichtet Das System ist eine bekannte Kinderkrankeit, weshalb wir auch den Umbau auf Rollenstössel empfehlen: https://www.bar-tek.com/de/rollenstoessel-umbaukit-hochdruckpumpe-2-0-l-ea113 Unsere Pumpe hat damit ja nix zu tun, der Fehler liegt beim Stössel, also eher beim "Design". Ja ich schaue mir die Pumpe mal genau an und dann senden wir Ersatz mit neuem Becherstössel natürlich ;-)

“DQ250 Upgrade Transmission Oil Cooler for 17 dsg Golf R fast shipping into the states. Upon receiving good quality product but when installed there is a bracket that holds the trans oil lines in place when you try to bolt it back in place one hole is covered by the trans cooler so I attempted to shave it down to bolt the bracket then looking at the angle the nozzles are to the oem they are slightly off so when I tried to put them on the first line fits but the line is pinched because the direction of the nozzle on the cooler is straight and the the direction of the OEM cooler is more facing the fire wall of the car. Then I removed the bracket that holds the nozzles in place and bolted the first hole to the hole that I had to shave down the opening and the lines fit. End results it doesn’t leak just the fitment could be better and the kit does not provide the 2 oem rubber gaskets for under the oil cooler. Fitment could be better for the price I paid and fees to get it to the states”

“Delivery was very quick. Took a while before it actually left which is understandable. Quite disappointed that it’s not marketed as a Cometic Gasket though, that option was available to me locally for much cheaper being already imported. However it’s actually an 84mm bore and not 83.5mm bore. And it’s not Bar-Teks own brand it’s cometic, should I have known this I would have ordered it locally, and should I have known it was 84mm I would have opted for something else that could have arrived quicker. Otherwise nicely packaged, appreciate the stickers.”

“Hello dear Bar-Tek team. You asked to leave a review about your product. I purchased a 2.0 TFSI EA113 & EA888 3" downpipeBAR-TEK from you. The order was placed, but then it turned out that the product was out of stock and had to wait until it was manufactured. 1. The pillow mounts were at the wrong angle. We had to cut them and weld them again. 2. The holes on the flange were drilled in such a way that we had difficulty putting it on the studs. 3. There was a metal defect on the flange itself, which we also had to work on. From what I liked, it's the quality of the welds, the metal, and the pipe itself looks very presentable. I would like to order a fuel pump from you, but now I doubt the quality of its execution.”
