“What a rare thing thing these days, customer service was excellent, the advise and help we received prior to ordering was fantastic, they helped us choose the right items that were both the quality we wanted and what could be delivered quickly. Goods were ordered and delivered within the timescale quoted, not only that but we paid for a premium delivery service and was so pleased we did, the goods turned up on their own vehicle with a very friendly driver, who couldn't do enough to help too. “I ordered 2 items that their website showed as "in stock". After they took the money they sent an email saying the items were not actually in stock and that it would take 2 months before they could send out the items. It was disappointing but I was ok with waiting the extra time. So the 2 months has passed and still no items. I contacted them to find out where the items were, they responded saying I don't know where I got that information from but it would be another 2 months wait. I responded with a copy of the original email with the initial delay and they have not responded to my email. The 2 items I ordered are still showing as "in stock" on their website when they clearly know they have no stock of these items. Poor communication, poor customer service.”
“The help and advice we received prior to making our purchase was great, very polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the goods we ordered failed to arrive, which we initially put down to having ordered just prior to Xmas, but it turned out the item had actually gone astray. The service we received to rectify this was fantastic, a replacement order was issued asap, with investigation by the Bathroom shop being made alongside this, meaning there was no delay or inconvenience to ourselves. I would not hesitate to use this company again.”
