“My friend is delighted with hamper. Though card was missing and delivery complicated”

“I arranged for my order on a specific day a Monday and then I was notified by DHL that it would be delivered a day later than I had arranged it for. This was a bit inconvenient but I changed my plans to accommodate the new delivery date on the Tuesday. My husband and I was going out for the day on the Monday. Whilst we were out a message came through saying that my delivery was coming on the Monday. I rescheduled it via the app to the Tuesday. I then received a notification from you saying that DHL had tried to deliver to me at 9.30am on the Monday which was not true as we were still at home at this time. My delivery arrived on Tuesday OK. I was very pleased with the items and especially with the packing as a lot of the items I ordered were glass. Many thanks Faith Hargreaves”
