“Came in several pieces, the main pieces were fairly simple to assemble, though there were no direct instructions. The thermostat dial however was in several parts, with no instructions - the only way that we eventually found to attach it to the lid was to completely dissasemble it, causing injury and even then it did not work as the internal wire was broken on arrival......HOWEVER.. on reporting this to your customer services, a replacement was quickly sent, assembled to the point the original manufacturer's should have supplied it to BBQ Smokers and Grills. The exchange was completed within 48 hours of my contacting you. The Smoker works well and hopefully (when we master the technique) will be fabulous at cooking for large family parties, or when only 2 parts are used, solely for myself and my husband on camping trips.”

“I haven’t received it yet. The courier rang me and said nobody was in at 1630 last Thursday so I told her to leave it down the side of the house because somebody would be there in 10 minutes. She said she would see if the courier was still in area but if not it would be delivered Tuesday, wife has been in all day but nothing has arrived yet. My friend used his at the weekend and loves it but I wish I could review it properly. Thanks for taking the time to check.”
