And the jacket I received 3wks later supposedly the same jacket advertised you'll see from the pics the difference in quality the poor sticking seams emms also the thinness of the trim on the front collar and cuff of the coat also on the one advertised there is a tab on the left side under the collar so you can close the coat fully in bad weather this coat I've received doesn't have any such thing the colour is the same and the buttons are completely different its absolutely shocking I'm reporting them to trading standards these are falslry advertising taking money for shaddy goods”
“This company is a joke. I wish I would of looked up reviews before purchasing any item from them. The shipping time was ridiculous. That was only a small part of the problem. I purchased a sweater in size 2x. I wear an XL but wanted something a little roomer. I was lucky that I did this because an xl would of never fit. Besides the fact that it was very small, the quality of this product was appalling. I can honestly say I'm ashamed to wear it. It appears to be faded completely. The material it was composed of had a close reminiscent to oil cloth my grandmother use to buy. I have never been so disappointed in an online purchase. Buyers beware, this company is just out to get your money. They are not even deserving of one star, I hope they enjoy my 60 dollars!”

Offered to give me 35% refund & keep item or return item for full refund but I would have to pay postage. Was quoted £17 to return small package by Royal Mail tracked. So the better of the 2 options was to get refund. Ended up spending a lot of my hard earned money on a useless item that is only fit for bin 😡”

“I bought a dark grey hoodie. (Edgy mens hoodie high neck color blocked fly sleeves slim fit hoodie. On Dec 15th 2021. Received it in a shipping bag, I had no problem with that. Open the bag to take a look at my hoodie. What a piece of trash I found. The hoodie looked like it was sewn together with left over pieces. I ordered an EXTRA LARGE. Could barely zipp it up. No way that was even a large. The hoodie also had an black inner lining that zipped up to cover my neck. That's the reason I bought it, but the grey hoodie on the outside wasn't attached properly. When I zipped up the hoodie over the inside liner the blk inner liner buckled up, and the hoodie was skin tight. The hood itself only fit over half of my head. It was some of the worst craftsmanship I've seen. I've commented about this to them with no reply. I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle trying to return for a refund. But I no this for sure I'll never buy from them again. Nor will I trust there product what ever it is.”
“Do not buy from beautiful halo. I ordered 24 electric candles for my restaurant. Took ages to arrive and at least 4 of them dont work. I gave up having got 7 working and 4 not and decided they needed to go back because the main problem is that they have no on/off switch, so to turn off you have to remove the candel from its candle stick and unscrew the bottom of each one where of course the batteries fall loose ! So one is expected to insert and remove the batteries every time you want to activate and then switch off !
I was offered to return them at my expense to China and that the shipping costs for sending them to me would be deducted from the refund. Disapointed to say the least. I wish I had researched more but bought in haste after a fire caused in the restaurant from a real fire.”
“Please, please DO NOT waste your time and money buying from this company. The quality is absolutely shocking and extremely cheap. In honesty, to us it looks like they bought this off wish for £5 then are selling it on for £95.Even from a distance it looks cheap and tacky as the material is very shiny and also super thin. Not only this but it doesn't even sit well on the. Body when trying it on.
To add insult to injury they refused to allow me to send it back for a refund and I had to keep fighting and fighting. Even now they are saying if I return it I not only have to cover postage costs back to them which is £20+ but that I also have to now cover original postage to me. Meaning I will get £55 back as an absolute minimum. I cannot afford this in this current climate. I even asked before I bought about returns and was told no problem or I would NOT of risked or sering from them. And because this was a Christmas present I have also had to buy a new one elsewhere. So I am now double out of pocket and very annoyed. I will be seeking legal advise as to say their customer service is appalling is an understatement.

Order placed 15th July, order confirmed as shipped on 20th July. Expedited shipping was 7 to 10 working days, effectively 3rd Aug was the deadline. Tracking hadn't even updated as in the UK by the 3rd Aug! Contacted customer services and was told to "wait". The whole point of paying extra for "expedited delivery" is so I don't have to "wait" longer than necessary.
Items arrived 7th Aug. The hoodie as advertised quality ok but slim fit was more skinny fit. The bottoms I ordered were a disgrace the pictured item had a well defined overlap and zippers on pockets, what I received was a poorly sown "shalwar" that I could've picked up from a local store for under £5. Not even my 10 yr old would fit into it and it was a classed as a "medium" sized item?
Generally I'd watch for reviews and make a decision after that. Learning point? Only read Trustpilot reviews EVER!!!

“BeautifulHalo.com Is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with shopping online.
I ordered 2 T-shirts December 14th 2019 and as of writing this review It is January 5th 2020. I have wrote them via Ticket and Support Email and they seem to want to help and say things to reassure you but weeks later nothing gets resolved. In my case both support and ticket help said both my t-shirts (paid as 1 order) was confirmed as paid but the system still shows 1 of the shirts as pending and the other shirt as processing which makes no sense but they both told me that my order for both shirts were shipped December 24th 2019. I contacted ticket support January 5th 2020 to see If I could get a tracking number for the order and the same person who said my order was good to go earlier told me they hadn't been paid for. In addition to this the amount of screenshots and bank statements mean nothing to these people, also the order cannot be canceled on the website because one of the t-shirts shows "Processing" which means it's already been shipped supposedly but the other t-shirt is still pending.
I will not be getting my money back but for the love of god don't order from this company and learn from my mistake. Save yourself from the amount of frustration that I had to go through.”
