“My frame arrived very promptly and my postcards look great. There was a small imperfection on the edge of the plastic but it is not a big issue.”

“I ordered 3 glass fronted aluminium frames which were dispatched and arrived promptly. However, the box was dented on arrival and the frames didn’t appear to have been very well packed/padded in the box. All 3 glass fronts were smashed to bits. Best4Frames were excellent at providing replacements - which arrived much better packaged and intact. So no complaints about the product itself - which looks great or the response from the customer service team, but the initial packing and delivery was a bit disappointing - and has left us with some cut fingers where the shards of glass had spread all round the inside of the frames and poked through the plastic wrap and a trip to the tip to get rid of them!”

“Frames came packaged extremely well, which I'm thankful for as they were quite large. I ordered custom size frames. It was quick and easy to put in my specifications and the time frame of making them was surprisingly quick. The frames themselves, are exactly as described and of a great quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and would use them again, if I need to.”

“Easy to order a frame and 4 x pictures mounting board, chose this company because it's in the North West and website shows clearly what the frame will look like. Also ordered a large frame which was damaged in transit, though well packed. Company exchanged this very quickly and without quibbles - I sent photos. Very happy and will use again.”

“I would 100% recommend this company. I bought a load of frames which were accidentally the wrong size off a major online retailer, but really wanted custom mounts to frame the certificates. I came across Best4Frames when searching for custom mounts and was thrilled to find I could still use my A4 sized framed for my A4 sized certificates, whilst adding a 2.3cm mount around the edge to get the visual impact I wanted. Multiple colours of mounts available, fully customisable dimensions (to a point, you can only go so narrow), easy ordering process. Why I'm giving 5 stars? I placed my order the Friday afternoon before Christmas, and honestly, reading the delivery info, didn't expect to see them until January. They arrived on the Tuesday morning!!! In pristine condition, carefully packaged, and just perfect. Fantastic service, would reccomend!”
