“It's a mounting board, sharp cuts, right size, delivered on time, placed out of the rain, etc etc. all that was excellent. The package arrived slightly bent. The backing board was noticeably creased but you couldn't tell once the photo was mounted. The mounting board was undamaged. You need to pack them with a thicker piece of protecting cardboard I think.”

“Frame and mount promptly and safely received in large box. I was a bit concerned when I saw the bubble-wrapped frame/mount was not secured inside the box and was rattling around. It looked as though it might have been attached to a large piece of stout cardboard at one stage but had come free. But there was no damage.”

“Bought a very nice picture frame with glass at a good price however the first delivery was damaged. A replacement was issued with no hesitation but sadly that was damaged too. The correspondence between myself and Best4Frames was quick, couteous and professional and my refund was issued without delay.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service. My questions and queries were resolved in a timely manner and I what a great experience when purchasing, I just wish there was more transparency (excuse the pun) about the "glass". It was not what I wanted.”

“card and sizing both good. Only issue was the delivery - this was not best4frames issues it was down to DPD. Contact best4frames who refunded the delivery fee promtly. DPD also left the frame out in the rain - luckily only the outside packaging was wet the frame wasn't.”

“Ordered 2 attractive frames which arrived promptly. Unfortunately once pictures were placed in them and packaging thrown away realised there are marks on the glass which I can’t seem to get rid of. Somewhat spoils the pictures.”
