“Best western Arlington BEWARE THE KNOBS ON THE DRESSER ARE VERY SHARP ON EDGES MY DAUGHTER ACTUALLY CUT HER FINGER ON ONE OF THE KNOBS.REPORTED TO STAFF THOUGH IT DID NO GOOD. Toilet was not flushing and took approximately 4hours before maintenance fixed it. Had to utilize the lobby restroom. Not a straightforward business. NO HOT BREAKFAST though it’s advertised as It’s a grab and go breakfast yet they still charge for buffet and full breakfast. Need updating the description the amenities . Mgrs lied said no jacuzzi tub it’s a jet tub even though it’s advertised. I attempted to again bring the attention to staff and manager ABOUT THE DRESSER HANDLE THAT CUT MY DAUGHTERS FINGER at check out and the mgr called cops and tried to have me arrested for damaging property. I was then given warning to not come back on property because no crime committed as accused by the mgr Chris Dahl.”
