“Absolutely disgusting company!
My bitesoft aligners caused extensive damage to my healthy gums after a week of wear.
I tried wearing the first tray and felt severe discomfort in my gums only to wake the next morning to notice my gums had been deeply cut by the aligners. The team suggested I file the aligner and try some wax which I did. 2 days later and the cuts, swelling and bleeding become far worse and then resulted in bad bruising on my gums!!
The team advised me to stop using the aligner and asked me to move to tray 2. I tried and I couldn’t even get it into my mouth without wanting to cry due to the pain it caused rubbing on the parts of my gums. Bitesoft insists that I need to practice good dental hygiene which my hygiene never changed in fact probably improved once I wore my aligners as I was so conscious of causing any issues.
I have already paid $1,000 of my treatment and asked bitesoft to stop any further payments as I have stopped the treatment due to the damage and pain caused to my gums. I have even told them I will send the aligners back to show I am no longer using their aligners. Bitesoft are flat out refusing and only offering to remake the aligners. I have absolutely 0 interest in wearing their aligners because I am traumatised by the pain I went through and the damage caused.
I am now going through my bank and consumer affairs to have my payments stopped!
Avoid this company at all costs! They’re money hungry and do not care about their customers!

This is also not a ‘discomfort’ issue as I fully anticipated my teeth to hurt during the process. This was in fact damage, bleeding, cuts, swelling and bruising caused to my gums which is NOT normal.
I also have screenshots of you telling me to stop treatment. You guys honestly just get worse and worse!!
As a fellow business owner I can assure you this is not how a good business treats their customers. It’s very clear this is about money for you guys. I don’t wish to keep or use your product due to health and safety concerns yet you think I “chose” to stop treatment after 2 days which again is an outright lie, it was 2 days AFTER trying to fix the issue when I reached out to your team and the problem got far worse as per the photos that were sent to the team!”
“I had already posted a review, which bitesoft asked me to take down if they fixed the problem - which they have not so I'm putting up a new one.
DONT DO IT! there are too many loop holes for the company to pass blame onto you for it not working.
For example:
Miss a scan for being unwell.
Too unwell to wear the aligners - tonsillitis, saw gums, mouth ulcers.
Good luck if you get Gastro - you should still wear you aligners vomiting or not.
You are expected to wear the aligners no matter what and if you don't - null and void.
My dentist was not impressed and also advised this is not a good product and will do more damage than good. I advised Bitsoft this and provided my dentists contact details for them to discuss.
Bitesoft basically advised I have no results due to missing scans or not being able to wear when very ill with a swollen throat and glands (I was told its still safe to wear so you should be)
I would then get passed from one person to the next, I would ask for updates and be advised Ill have someone get back to you urgently and they never did. Then I would be passed onto someone else who would advise I never emailed and they have checked spam etc - calling me a liar when I have ALL the emails.
At first I would do the mold impressions and it was perfect and they could use them.
When I questioned why I have no results at the end of my treatment I was asked to do extra molds - I would do mold after mold and be told - this is done incorrectly do it again. The company then advised you can start paying for these extra molds because you aren't doing it right. Interesting that all of a sudden the molds were incorrect.
I followed it step by step perfectly every time.
I ended up with Alexis Campbell (Managing director) who was the most passive aggressive of them all and if that's who represents the company it explains a lot.
Save your money for a bit longer and go with a dentist. You get what you pay for and will most likely end up with more expensive problems down the track to fix because of these aligners.
Do your research - check all the 1 star reviews before you spend your hard earned money.
At the end of the day they offer no guarantee for their product and they have so many loop holes to ensure they are never to blame if you do not receive results.
That's money for me down the drain, a huge waste of time and an awful experience.”

“Unfortunately bitesoft didn’t entirely work for me. I was stoked to find bitesoft when listening to a podcast 2 years ago. Now 2 years on and I am still not happy with my teeth. I needed multiple extra alingers over the time which made my treatment quite long with quite a bit of chasing up. I then finished my treatment followed every step for the 2 years including healing phase and now when I take out my night time retainer my teeth move very quickly and the results are not like the 3D scan. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue I am being told I need to attend a clinic as I have a high relapse rate and have a bonded retainer attached which isn’t possible as I live 14 hours from the closest clinic. The guarantee is basically not a guarantee at all unfortunately as I am not even 6 months post treatment with issues that aren’t going to be fixed. I do wish I had have gone with my local dentist as I think after talking to them recently my results and treatment plan would have been much more effective. Reviews look amazing from a lot of customers who I am sure are being prompted to leave good reviews in exchange for money back and free products as I was. The company is great until you don't get the promised result then all you get is patronising responses and lies or changes of the guarantee to suit the company. After multiple attempts to call and email with no response now I have left a review to which the manager has said I did not follow my plan correctly which is completely untrue as I sent all of my scans and this was never brought up before my review was left. I feel at such a loss because there is just nothing else that can be done when a company promises to help then just ignores calls and emails.”
“I had issues with defective aligners from day one. Their team immediately responded and stated I would receive a full set of replacement aligners. So seemed like all was well.
Since then, it has been 6 months of me chasing them for updates and information, with little follow through. SO MUCH of my time has been wasted, not to mention the discomfort of defective aligners that I had to correct myself (a process they confirmed I was allowed to do).
They have not even been forth coming with basic information, leaving a constant trail of confusion for me to follow up on.
They were very friendly to deal with, till I got sick of being polite and got very direct about all my issues.
To date, I still don't have this resolved. I have done everything that was asked of me and while they are now being more immediate in their responses, I am still having to actively pursue basic info and fighting for clarity. Not to mention the halt in my progress.
I am beyond sick dealing with them and so today I asked for a full refund, which they declined to do. I'm now being held ransom to their poor service and low-quality product.”

Started off with red flags that i should have listened to, but got sucked in to the constant instagram posts. I now realise that they most likely monitor and remove negative comments. As for their FB groups, you have to get your posts approved so they also would not allow and negative posts there either..
Took over a month for me to be booked in with the dentist and then another 6 weeks or so after that to actually receive my aligners.
Fast forward to when i needed refinements as they didn't come close to my end result, all I have done is wait and wait. it has been 7 months of waiting and being ignored by them. Constant molds and more molds but just waiting and waiting, i wore the same set for 10 weeks at some point! Don't waste your money here unless you only want half a job done.”

“I hate the result and there has been little support or guidance. After straightening I have gaps between my lower teeth which I hate. The retainers for after my teeth were straightened cause movement in my teeth so that when I wake up there is always a gap between my front teeth which closes over the day. Told Bitesoft and there was no follow up so I kept using them. I now have small triangular gaps that have formed around my front teeth, I assume from the movement of the retainers. Can't purchase new retainers through Bitesoft either because it looks like they are based on my old impressions so would be the same. I wish I had used a different company.”
