All packed as if it was a box of eggs, which is aways a sign of care and respect for the customers item, so all first class service.
As for the Thermal itself, super bit of kit when all set up, very clear surroundings, so no hitting bad targets.

“Having bought a sling mount for my new fx impact, I was disappointed to find it wouldn’t fit. I emailed to be told you just fit it in the rear slots of the rifle.
Having explained it would fit without filling down two of the sides. I got no response.
As I needed to use the sling for a hunting trip I had to file the part.
Very disappointing when you consider the price of the part.

“Previous dealings with blackwood have been perfect, unfortunately this time I bought a fx chronograph d1 and was very disappointed when package arrived the box within the package had been opened all parts were loose but no damage to them just made it feel more like a used item instead of a new.
I will use Blackwoods again as I'm hoping this was a one off normally good price and fast service”
