“My order was missing the rattle and emailed customer service and they don’t respond. I also accidentally ordered twice which theyve charged me for but not delivered and agin not responded to emails”
“I ordered the rainbow teething ring and the clementine swaddle blanket. Both are absolutely gorgeous and I’m so happy with them. Very fast delivery which is always appreciated and nicely packaged too.”
“The product was gorgeous once it finally arrived but the delivery took such a long time and I had to chase twice for updates. Not good when ordering in advance of a newborn babys arrival and product still doesn’t arrive on time. It is a shame as I am aware this product is sold through not on the high street also and I don’t believe delivery through their site takes as long.”
