“If there was a word that I would use to describe the support and service provided by Home Finance Services, it would be devotion. From even before the work started going ahead, Sohail devoted his time to make sure we completely understood the process of purchasing a house as first time buyers and young professionals. He instilled full-faith in us in him that he was just as invested in purchasing our first home as we were. He did the chasing, he messaged and called us if he had any questions, and he encouraged us to do the same with him whenever, wherever. He never made it feel like it was inconvenient or that there were any 'stupid questions'. He really made this process a dream and not as scary as it could've been. He handled lots of conversations with solicitors and estate agents too! He maintained 100% transparency with us about what our options are, managed our expectations well and was super informative throughout the process. We cannot recommend him enough and are so grateful for his expertise. He made the process of buying our first home a breeze! Thank you! We honestly are so happy. S & L”
