“This is very easy to assemble and use. I love it because I can do it at my Own pace”

“My husband loves it!! Got it for him. I suggested elastic bands and he found this ,so I ordered it. He’s 67 has 2 forms of arthritis. Upper and lower back spasms. This exercise tool is helping a great deal to alleviate this issue. Keep moving as long as you can. He also walks Regularly. If you don’t move it, you loose it”

“I've welcomed Body Gym to my home with open arms. What fun to share this experience with Marie and company as they guide me toward "raising the bar in fitness". At the age of 84 this program will help to keep me independent longer, builds self esteem, satisfies mindfulness practices, helps maintain my weight, improved my sleep and combined with a plant-based diet, life looks pretty good from here. “I haven’t had my BodyGym very long. I love it. I am 63 and my legs are weak and I have back issues. This is low impact and has good resistance. I have been caring for my mom and not getting any exercise so when I saw this, I knew it what just what I needed. In expensive and doesn’t take up any room. I am very much please with this product and will let friends and family know how awesome it is. Thank you”

“I love how versatile this simple piece of equipment is! The number of exercises that I can perform and how easily it can be altered to do them, is really exceptional. I have previously owned a pilates reformer and was so pleased that this can perform many of those exercises plus replacing my free weights. Can't say enough about the BodyGym....love it.”

“I’m excited and very impressed with the body gym. I use to be a very active person always going to the gym. The older I’m getting the more difficult it is for me to be motivated to work. But ur body gym I’m excited and working out regularly. Thank you Marie I’ve always admired you and knew your product was excellent.”

“I love the DVD and other access. These are simple enough that I can do standing or sitting. My husband has actually requested a BodyGym for himself...he even works out when I'm not home! I love the fact it is helping to strengthen my body in ways that a traditional gym couldn't. I do this from the comfort of my own home and not worried if anyone is looking at me!”

“I like the stretching I get from the body gym before and after my 5 mile walk. I’m planning on a new me at 58. Watch out summer here I come. I live in a small condo and the body gym is perfect and portable too!”
