I love this. Now I won’t need to buy expensive gym equipment for my home gym and I can take this on the road with me. This is the best I love how versatile it is and that the iPhone app has tons of workouts.

HELLO, I LOVE MY NEW BODY GYM!!! IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE!!! WHEN I EXERCISE WITH THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT, I CAN REALLY FEEL THE BURN WITHIN 3 TO 5 MINUTES. I AM SO EXCITED BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IF I CONTINUE TO BE CONSISTENT AND DILIGENT, I WILL SEE GREATER RESULTS. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 80 TO 100 POUNDS AND THEN I WILL MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT. MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS: 258 LBS! MY BREATHING IS SO MUCH BETTER. I CAN GO UP AND DOWN THE STAIRCASE SO MUCH EASIER NOW. EVERYDAY IS EASIER THAN THE DAY BEFORE!!! I THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BODY GYM!!!

I have my bar and band from a few years ago. I use them so much, the original band (pink) that I ordered from QVC with Marie Osmond, was wearing thin. I ordered this new band and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Don't be fooled by the price nor the plastic construction. This bar/band is amazingly strong and I not only use it free form, I attach it to my bench. I can use it for rowing and for other sitting exercises. I am not a beginner body builder and where this bar may not be advertised as 'commercial' or heavy duty grade, trust me!!! It will be your favorite whole-body work out item! looking at my pictures, you can see this bar along with another bar and my workout bench. This product is perfect to add into your routine.
