“Whilst i love reading your email updates, please be mindful that your pictures do NOT represent the people who actually do yoga. Not everyone who does yoga is young and skinny wearing Lorna Jane. My yoga teacher is 86. She is inspiring and amazing. That's what yoga is about, its universal, ageless and doesnt care what you weigh or what you look like. If this is your focus, then perhaps you should unsubscribe me from your email list. I want authenticity.”
