“I have bought a number of pairs of the jelly shoes and T-bars from Boho & Mooi for my daughter. Each one of them have been great quality and reasonably priced for kids shoes. The sizes are true to size so I always know it's going to fit her.
The T-Bars are my go to favourite for dressy occasions as they come in a variety of really nice colours.”
“I purchased a year ago and they were great! So purchased 3 more pairs of shoes as my toddler had grown and took 2 weeks then just 1 pair arrived in the mail.. no sign of the other 2. Emails to them went unanswered.. logged a refund claim through PayPal which was granted immediately (it was literally within 30 seconds of me lodging.. so guessing PayPal have got auto refunds set up for anyone issuing disputes about this company ad they must know something going wrong).
Such a shame as was a great product. I saw the owner a few months ago advising personal emergency hence the issues.. but why 3 months later are you still taking orders/people's money if you aren't able to fulfill? Close your website down or temporarily halt trading.. you are coming across as a scammer.”

Thanks for all your support over the years as I can see you have purchased a few times from our store. We have been dealing with floods again in our area so it's been a little crazy in the warehouse.

“Unfortunately I had the worst customer experience with this brand that I have ever experienced. I purchased express shipping on my order and it wasn’t sent for 10 days after I placed the order. When I contacted the brand because my order hadn’t been shipped I was told first it was Covid then when asked why it hadn’t been sent the week before it was the flu. Unfortunately we needed the next size up of the shoes so we sent the shoes back. I had to send email, Facebook messages and Instagram messages to even get a response from the brand. I was given lots of reasons why it hadn’t been sent but still it was never posted. Finally one month after they received the shoes back they sent me a replacement. They did try to make up for everything by sending an extra pair of shoes my choice of colour but then sent a colour that I didn’t ask for. Honestly they lack of communication was horrible. I would never purchase from this brand again.”

Thanks for your feedback. As you can imagine being a small business during covid was the craziest time for this business. We experienced some of the biggest challenges of our lives. Extreme freight delays suppliers letting us down at the beginning of our business. Staff being out from sickness me personally the business owner having a severe heart reaction to the vaccine. It was our worst nightmare. And I am sorry from the bottom of my heart that you got caught up in it all.
This business of mine means the world to me, and I'll continue fighting every day to make this business blossom. We also had some crazy delays from post, so as you can imagine being a small business our stock is liquid gold for us and when things go walk about it's a massive hit to us.
All I can say is things have settled lessons where learnt and all I can do now is move forward.

“I purchased glitter bug jellies and the quality wasn’t great. The insert didn’t fit in the shoe properly so whenever my daughter walked, it squeaked and rubbed on her foot. Not really worth how much I paid. I did send feedback to you via email and never received a reply.”

The inserts are meant to be like as it hugs and supports the foot, especially for first-time walkers. Given the shine of the Jelly, the Eva material needs to be worn into the foot properly.
The shine Jelly was new to Boho&Mooi as the normal matte jelly doesn’t have this issue. I can see we also refunded your Jelly's once this issue was brought to our attention.

The inserts are meant to be like as it hugs and supports the foot, especially for first-time walkers. Given the shine of the Jelly, the Eva material needs to be worn into the foot properly.
The shine Jelly was new to Boho&Mooi as the normal matte jelly doesn’t have this issue. I can see we also refunded your Jelly's once this issue was brought to our attention.

“I never received what I originally ordered, I was sent the wrong boots, then told mine had been resent as someone else received them. Those never arrived. This issue took over 6 months to resolve. In the end I got a refund and a pair of boots that I didn’t want. This company was so frustrating to deal with and the lack of communication was very poor.”
