Hi I'm sorry to leave a bad review but the item doesn't work and I've written twice to try and arrange a return /refund but have recieved no reply from Booghe. So I can't say it's a great service!

Hello, Sorry that you didn't receive a reply when you expected but our customer service department is experiencing a very high number of emails during this busy festive period. We have now sent you a returns label and once the item is returned we will inspect it and send it to the manufacturer and we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or refund. Thank you.

Hello, We've checked your tracking number on the Royal Mail website and they have said the following; 'As requested, if we can't deliver your item, we'll arrange a Redelivery on 04-12-2020. If no one's in again, we'll deliver your item to your chosen neighbour'. It seems that they attempted delivery before but nobody was available to accept the item. If you are not at home tomorrow then it may be a good idea to give Royal Mail a neighbour's address so they can deliver your item on 4th December.

Bad communication, not delivered on time, still waiting so need to cancel part of order.

Hello, We're not entirely sure why you feel you had a bad experience with us? You ordered one item on 21 November using our free shipping option which normally takes 3-4 days and, according to the tracking, you received your item on 25 November so your item was delivered on time. You also said you need to cancel PART of your order. As you only ordered one item it would have been impossible to cancel part of your order. This is only possible if you have more than one item ordered.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your 9 blue Fun to Learn books. Unfortunately, these were, and still are, out of stock so we sent you extra copies of the red and green books instead. We will be getting the blue books back in stock in early January. If you want, we can send these to you and you are welcome to keep the extra books we sent you.

Not happy with the quality of the letters. Falling apart when I tried taking them off. The board isn’t the best quality. Won’t really last long. Will be buying a new quality board

Ordered the item, never received it, now out of stock. Was refunded, but I doubt the item was ever in stock in the first place.

Hello, We're sorry you never received your item but your item was definitely in stock when you placed your order. Unfortunately items very occasionally get lost in transit and by the time we received notification of this your item was no longer in stock so we had to refund you.

Worst experience ever. I bought a David Bowie Monopoly and I never receive it. Three months talking to customer service, who lie about the real send of my ítem, to end it up saying "We have no solution" (they never really look for a solution) "take your money and bye"

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with us and have not been able to receive your Monopoly item that you ordered. We use Royal Mail as our courier and unfortunately it was not possible to have a tracked service for Chile. We never sent you a fake tracking number either. In the end Royal Mail sadly couldn't find your address for some reason. We then tried using other courier services like DHL etc to send a replacement item but your address was not recognised when we tried to arrange this. As you had been waiting for over two months since you originally placed your order we felt that the only solution now was to offer you a full refund. Although this was not what you wanted and has been very frustrating for you, we do care about all our customers and always try to make sure they are happy. We have informed you the same earlier, unfortunately courier service is not able to recognise your address. This is beyond our control. Hope you understand the situation.
