“They took my full payment and never completed the work. They fell so far behind schedule that I lost my marketing window for my novel. When confronted, they always accepted their fault and promised to make things better. But, in the end, they refused to honour the contract and stopped replying to my emails even after admitting that the work was incomplete. Crooks.”

“I am not sure why there are reviews that this companies work was ‘amazing’, ‘thorough’ etc etc. I sent them my manuscript for an approx 33,000 word book (non-fiction) and I still do not have my book. When I was finally able to speak with Collin ( or anyone for that matter) again Oct 20th, 2025 he said the book would be completed, including illustrations by Nov 10th. I sent him another email on the 24th asking again for more recent illustrations as the previous ones did not go with things described in the manuscript at all, except for 2 of them I. Anyways I have not heard from them again since. When I first started working with them they were made aware that it was for the editing, formatting, illustrations and audio and that I was going to be publishing the book on Amazon. In July he sent me a pkg trying to upgrade so that I would have a web page, and marketing and so on. After reading through it and realizing that I was not a ‘web page’ person, nor wanting any publicity etc as I am a shy person, and this is my first book and more I advised them it wasn’t for me then the service- which had already been not so great, went even further down hill. I gave them more chances but no follow through. So I would NOT recommend this company at all to anyone! I dealt with this company through telephone and email. The customer service at the beginning was good, then went slowly then abruptly downhill.”
