“I began working with this company in July, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The editing process was a mess from the start. I repeatedly had to point out errors—many of which were introduced by their own team—and every time one issue was corrected, something else was changed unnecessarily. Instead of improving, the quality became more chaotic. Because of this, I’ve been passed from one representative to another (Anna Jackson, Alex Martin, Jordan Phillips, and Mark Smith). Each time I raised concerns about mistakes, the person handling my project would eventually disappear and someone new would take over. I wish I didn’t have to micromanage their work, but the constant oversight became exhausting. As of now, I am still waiting for my copies. When I called this morning for an update (because no one responded to the message I sent on December 8 in the teamwork portal or the text message I sent yesterday), the rep “Mark Smith” I spoke with casually told me “10–12 days,” even though the books should have already been printed and shipped. He had no idea where my order stood or why there was a delay. Overall, the lack of professionalism, consistency, and communication has made this process far more stressful than it needed to be. I cannot recommend this company.”

“They took several thousand dollars of my money and never gave the services of marketing and promotion as promised. Meanwhile they applied continuous pressure to spend more money. When I became skeptical and refused to pay $2,800 for a book signing at Barnes and Nobles, they stopped calling and now they won't respond to my messages and the phone number doesn't allow the call to ring through. They are complete scamers based on my horrible experience and should be prosecuted by the Attorneys General.”

“They entice you with good offers but don't come through. In my experience, they don't seem to actually read your manuscript. It seems they put them through some auto-correct program and go with that. After they assured me that the manuscript was perfect, I found over 135 errors in it, mostly misplaced punctuation or simply typos. They hold on to your manuscript, making excuse after excuse for not being responsive, from servers being down to project managers miraculous getting promotions during the process. In the time I was with them, I had three project managers, each worse than the one before. They didn't want to do through with the project to unless you paid them upwards of $9,000 extra for their promoting services. They are dishonest, and don't do what they promised. I left with thousands spent and nothing to show for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
