“They were terrible. They did not right. I paid2000 and they did not edit and proofread my book right . Don sucks and rude direspectful Hanging up the phone in my face over 7 times. He just all talk and got nothing done. The bank got back my 1000 and wating for the rest. Don't trust these people”

“These people are the worst I've ever been in business with. They took $999 for a book project since May 2023. Yhey have been lying non stop. They even publish a non formatted ebook version of my project and they never publish my website. I am warning other fellow writers to be aware of these scoundrels. Soon I will take legal actions to teach them respect and ethics.”

“I furnished them with a manuscript and $1800 to do my project. They made promises, but did not follow through to complete my book. It's been almost a year since I contacted them. I sent a copy of the format they used to another company and told it was unprofessional.”

“Failed to complete project. I submitted my manuscript in June for a small book. There are three significant errors that have never been corrected. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls, but received little response I have paid over $1800. for service and still don't have a completed book. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.”

“I thought I'd finally found a way to get my children's board book published. I spoke with Luke and made me promises so I signed on. Once I was signed on and they received their money, I was passed on to June who has continued to string me along for six months and I still do not have the promised book. During that six months other people from their company tried to get more money from me for marketing, codes, and other things I did not need nor want. I wrote the book, illustrated the book, created the cover, applied for and received the LCCN and copyright and in the end, all they want is more money and deliver no product. I'm not sure who is writing their positive reviews but I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by consistent unprofessionalism, broken promises, and a complete disregard for contractual obligations. First and foremost, the company has failed to fulfill the promises outlined in the contract I signed with them. Specifically, my book cover, a fundamental aspect of my project, has been in dire need of correction for over two months. Despite being provided with specific dates for resolution on multiple occasions, the company has consistently failed to deliver, leaving me in a perpetual state of waiting. Attempts to seek resolution or escalate the matter have been met with blatant disregard. My inquiries regarding contact information for a higher-up, to address the abysmal customer service and chronic non-compliance with agreed-upon timelines, have been systematically ignored. The company's negligence reached a new low when they carelessly uploaded versions of my book containing visible mistakes on the front and back covers. These errors persisted despite repeated submissions of approved covers, reflecting a blatant disregard for attention to detail and professionalism. Throughout the process, I encountered resistance at every turn, with promises made and broken with alarming regularity. The dismissal of a lead project manager and the reassignment of the initial contact person are indicative of the internal disarray within the organization. The constant reshuffling of personnel only served to compound the issue, as successive representatives proved equally dishonest and unresponsive. Notably, my work is being held hostage by Book Writing Studios, as they continue to fail at fulfilling their contractual obligations. This not only constitutes a breach of trust but also raises serious ethical concerns about their business practices. The editing process further exemplified the company's incompetence. Despite agreeing to provide copyediting services, the editing team consistently delivered versions of the manuscript riddled with visible mistakes. In essence, I found myself compelled to undertake 80% of the copyediting, a task that should have been handled by the professionals I contracted. In conclusion, my association with Book Writing Studios has been an unequivocal disaster. I implore prospective clients to exercise extreme caution and reconsider before engaging in any business dealings with this company. The sheer magnitude of unfulfilled promises, careless errors, and unprofessional conduct makes this a regrettable and cautionary tale for anyone considering their services.”
