“Box mart products have gone down over the years. They advertise in the website and let you purchase products they don’t have and then refund them. They haven’t had envelopes for voucher in stock for over 6 months and have discontinued blue ribbon and stock awful colours”

The voucher wallet envelopes were discontinued in November last year, and we apologise that this was not made clear when you placed your order in December. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
As the product is no longer listed on our website, we are currently working with our IT team to understand how the order was still able to go through, so we can prevent this from happening again.
With regards to your comments about the ribbon, we are in the process of discontinuing our double-faced satin ribbons and replacing them with a more eco-friendly grosgrain ribbon range. We do offer this ribbon in a storm blue shade which may be of interest to you:
