“Not super easy, being a corporate client already. If I could create designs online and then get a design number to reference on my e-mailed purchase order, that would be great. As it was, I had to create an online account, which there was a technical issue during that process. Then create the design and enter the order online. I had to make several calls to Catherine to complete the process.”

Thank you for your feedback Destinee. We do allow corporate customers to submit their order via our purchase order team offline with a full piece of artwork. However, if you design in our editor, we will not be able to place that order ourselves in the backend. If you would like to take advantage of the purchase order team via email, please download a downloadable template and design offline. However, I think once you learn the online ordering process, you will enjoy how easy and seamless it is.
