Bpost have a Customer Happiness Grade of E. Customers love their customer service but are unhappy with their refunds.

Used to be Sendung pictures all over Europe, I did send a Photo to someone in Germany. Altough very well protected in a Special Photo-Tube in cardboard, it arrived on the Clients adress totally destroid. Looks Like the deliverytruck ran over it. Clientservice says unfit pakaging, at the postoffice they say everithing ok. No Refund although insurance was paid.

Bpost, I forget to write the postcode, but wrote the complete adres, Bpost more working people from this place telling me that the package comes back to me, after this I trusted them, and payed the person that buyed something by me, his money back, a week later Bpost phoned me and telling the package is on it's destination!!??, I loosed my money:(( and Bpost tells they made the mistake, but don't refund back:((
