B post lost the parcel I sent to my mum in Spain. It contained her birthday present. They have no clue where it is and they take zero responsibility. It's unbelievable. I paid 15 euro to get it delivered but Bpost acts as if I had bought a lottery ticket and the price would be to get the parcel delivered. So, the parcel got lost, bad luck for you, thank you for participating...

My parcel (expensive equipment) was not delivered, even though Track n' trace told me otherwise, my signature on receipt was falsified, surely signed by the deliverer himself. Once I contacted Bpost, they had no solution, they didn't even know which delivery person to contact. Unheard of fraud and incompetence! It's just a shame we can't put a zero on it. Run away and choose another delivery company!

I buy online quite often and I only have provlems with delivery when it’s Bpost. Worst delivery company ever, I need to follow up every day and they still manage to loose my parcel once, and id it’a not lost it take double the time for it to arrive.

Mensen laten hier enkel reviews achter als ze ontevreden zijn, dus ik doe het tegengestelde ;) Ik gebruik al jaren Bpost en heb nog nooit problemen gehad. uitstekende service!
