package delivery system is way too fast, delivery men do not read their communication preferences, so a lot of deliveries go wrong, even you pay extra costs for home delivery, service is not the same as the price you need to pay for it.

changes dates of the delivery last minut because of some lazy and scummy sorting and slow systems
i would love to share a screenshot but i dont see how, chat support still sounds like an ai when you ask to be connected to an agent. next time i wil pay more or pick another option to not use Bpost

My parcel (expensive equipment) was not delivered, even though Track n' trace told me otherwise, my signature on receipt was falsified, surely signed by the deliverer himself. Once I contacted Bpost, they had no solution, they didn't even know which delivery person to contact. Unheard of fraud and incompetence! It's just a shame we can't put a zero on it. Run away and choose another delivery company!

I buy online quite often and I only have provlems with delivery when it’s Bpost.
Worst delivery company ever, I need to follow up every day and they still manage to loose my parcel once, and id it’a not lost it take double the time for it to arrive.

Bpost has been very slack with their mail delivery service! After 10 working days, I still have not received my bank card within Belgium! My bank had sent it out 10 days ago and I still have not received anything! Not sure if my card will ever arrive or if it has been travelling the world! And with my family's experience, it took them 10 working days to receive registered mail!
