Once I contacted Bpost, they had no solution, they didn't even know which delivery person to contact. Unheard of fraud and incompetence! It's just a shame we can't put a zero on it. Run away and choose another delivery company! ”

“ I buy online quite often and I only have provlems with delivery when it’s Bpost. Worst delivery company ever, I need to follow up every day and they still manage to loose my parcel once, and id it’a not lost it take double the time for it to arrive. ”
