“I placed an order and 10 days later it had not arrived. It was showing up as lost upon tracking it. Upon phoning Jason I was told it would be here a couple of days later but upon tracking I saw it was in transit returning to retailer. At first Jason was helpful but now I have emailed twice rung and left 2 messages and I have had no communication from brick a brac at all. This order was to go into an advent calendar for one of my granddaughters. Now one will have hers and one won’t. I am terribly disappointed not to have my order. No order. No communication. No apology. Very poor customer service. I just want my order!”
“Excellent service online and great prices. I managed to save a decent amount of money. The item was very well packed and protected.
It does state on the website that shipping can take a while. It took 3 working days to dispatch but I received it the next day.
I would highly recommend keeping Brick-a-brac on your favourites list if you're a Lego fan.”
