“I ordered three white can lightbulbs for my kitchen and foyer ceilings. When they arrived, they were orange! Obviously, orange lights would not work in my home, so I asked to exchange them for white. I was told they could not be exchanged, so I would have to return them and place a new order. I was sent a return authorization, but no prepaid address label. I wrote back and requested a label and was told I could not get one, and I would have to pay for return shipping myself. So I paid $11.00 to send the bulbs back. I paid $19.95 for these bulbs, but when I received my refund, it was only for $9.00! I was livid! Bulb Connection would not exchange the bulbs (which was the right thing to do) probably because they wanted me to pay for shipping AGAIN when I ordered the white bulbs. I wrote them and told them I would not be ordering the white bulbs, and that they had just lost a customer. BUYER BEWARE!!!”
