“I've had multiple readings with him throughout the years. Some are true some are no way accurate and waste of time and money. He predicted that I would work in a school with autistic children which has not come true nor resonates with me and my interests as a mental health professional. What made this even worse was that he channeled my mother and had accurate information to say on our relationship however felt like he disgraced her by sharing this inaccurate prediction with my career. Until now, still curious about my career path with no real answers from Cael.”

“I had contact with my uncle who was more like a dad we were so close what Cael was saying was spot on. Also my cousin came through he passed in a car accident when he was 16 so that was amazing he passed 46 years ago so that was just mind blowing that he wanted to make contact with me. I’ve been to other shows never had a reading until Cael found his way to Albury NSW. Thank you so much can’t wait for his next show Absolutely real deal”

“I booked a meet and greet seat at the Bathurst venue. In addition to paying the extra money I was told that I would be receiving calls book. Well that never happened and I have never heard from his booking agent again. Ripped off. I don't know why I am so gullible and trust these people.”

“Confused, always a believer, took the plunge. I came across Cael via social media many moons ago before i dug up the courage to just book in a quick question read as I felt lost at the time and I was struggling to deal with career issues. When I received my response I instantly knew who he connected with. Ending my read Cael told me to just be patient and told me the number 3.. 3 years it will all work out. AND NOW SMACK BANG 3 YEARS LATER TO THE DAY ALL IS BETTER THAN EVER CAREER WISE!!!!!”

“Truly a splendor! I have been reflecting on the Hybrid reading with Cael! There was much information to take in, and he did a great job giving that information to me✨I am still thinking about so much of it.. I get my “Aha” moments always days after😂 BUT. He reached three important souls in my life and gave me closure, and insight🖤 He saw a future career that I was thinking to myself for the past few months, and it was the push I needed🥰 I laughed, cried, and pondered at so much! “After supporting Cael on TikTok, Instagram, Patreon, and purchasing slots in group readings and then paying for two family members and I to participate in this smaller, three person reading, it was pretty shocking to have the Lead Admin, Blanch, refuse service following this exchange: On May 30, 2022, at 6:01 AM, Admin Team wrote: Rescheduling original appointment: “Hi Kimberly, Due to unfortunate circumstances today surrounding Cael, your session with him is looking to be rescheduled to June 23 at 7 pm your time We hope to hear back to confirm this and we appreciate your understanding at this time. Thanks / Regards -Blanch” On Tue, May 31, 2022 at 6:38 AM Kimberly wrote: “Is this real? Kimberly.” On May 30, 2022, at 7:22 PM, Admin Team wrote Hi Kimberly, Yes, are you ok with the time? thanx! Blanch Blanch Lead Administrator, Cael O'Donnell “Blanch, We will make it work. Kimberly” Sent from my iPhone (Day of the 2nd scheduled appointment again, received an hour before scheduled time). Kind regards, Blanche Monterey Executive Assistant, Cael O'Donnell” Following this I apologized for any miscommunication, explained one of the participants would be traveling out of country, also explained a few other things. (I had been hacked, my identity stolen and initially wasn’t sure the rescheduling was legitimate, and it was further complicated by the Cael O’Donnell site sending me an offer to purchase the taping to my session, which was rescheduled). “Kimberly, I'm glad I got to meet you! Kimberly was refunded her total fee before she was ever seen in an appointment. This was because she spoke to staff rudely via email and carried an air of entitlement. The decision was made that she wasn't energetically aligned with the process and her appointment was cancelled and refunded.

“I only wanted to talk to one spirit. And he gave me three that don’t resonate with me and I can tell he was guessing. He said there was an old lady on my mother’s side and two men - one is an older gentleman. I said my grandma is still alive and he said it’s probably my great grandmother - like okay? I never met her and we never bonded. I remember him telling the people how to spot a scammer. He said “Do not tell who you want to connect with, that’s our job”. But he ate his words. He realized none of those spirits are connected with me and he finally asked who I want to connect with. Everything he said was so inaccurate. I wish I could get a refund. I was so disappointed and I really wanted this to work. I really wanted to believe that he is really gifted.”

Hi there! Your desire to connect to a spirit was in fact with your sister who passed when you were 1 year old. I recall she passed at 5 years old. At one years old, you are unable to fully develop enough knowledge (what we call 'validation') of a person, to truly commit to a "yes that makes sense" or not. Simply put, You didn't know your sister well enough at this formative age to proceed with have an elaborate mediumship session of the kind of calibre I'm known to offer, where validation of many details of a person is brought forth. Realising this in the session, I decided to therefore pick up information regarding your life from what she observes which I did seamlessly, If you recall well, I mentioned your investment property in LA and guidance around real estate, your future with two kids via IVF by November and even the knowledge that your tech start-up company was making fundamental shifts to its security system infrastructure, and that it is rising to the cutting edge against competitors right now, which you nodded profusely and looked and stated you were very well aware of this. A 10min policy also exists that you agreed to in my terms and conditions that if after 10min you are unsatisfied, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. You chose not to redeem this right and decided to stay completely until the end and mentioned at no point you weren't satisfied. You laughed, cried, enjoyed many moments. I could not have been any more unaware. Addressing the grandmother, anyone who has passed in your family will step forward. Even if you didn't know her, she's your grandmother.. she will come. As a medium, I can't prevent your family from coming to an appointment. Everyone who needed to be there actually did come! If they have departed, they will step forward. In summary, This customer had no what we call "Primary Spirits". A primary spirit is someone you would have spent a considerable amount of time in life bonding and getting to know. An infant growing up and trying to contact her sister who died at 5 years old is not a "meaty" enough appointment to really bring impressive validation that is demonstrated in hundreds on my Instagram reels here: https://www.instagram.com/imcaelodonnell/?hl=en To future customers, please ensure that you book an appointment with the knowledge you have a primary spirit (you've spent years and years getting to know them). This would be the same for those trying to reach miscarried babies... that child did not get to know you and vice versa. “I was set up for a Zoom call for several weeks. Three hours before, it was cancelled due to "touring conflicts." Alright, I can partially understand, but I would imagine they knew before the day of. Fast forward to my new zoom scheduling...I was so nervous. Anxiety was consuming me, after all I might be getting to hear from people I love and the thought was exciting and terrifying all at once. I logged on, and my niece was at my house. She was peeking in to see what it looked like. I was on the call for approximately 20 seconds when I recieved an error stating I was removed by the host. I emailed emphatically wondering what went wrong. Two days later I was finally notified that I had an extra person unaccounted for. I can see that, however, she wasnt going to be on the call. She merely looked. I demanded a refund as I think that was unprofessional. All he had to do was say only one person on screen. It was a 5 second oops, and I've yet to get my full refund. This started in April, and to date I've only gotten back $34.50 of the $59 I paid for a service he did not provide even one minute of. To me, this is fraud and I want people to be aware.”

Hi there! You signed up to attend an online group and purchased one ticket. This ticket (as stipulated in terms and conditions) entitles only you as the ticket holder to attend. Once admitting you, our moderator team flagged that you had one extra person actually sitting and watching beside you, thus you were removed from the zoom in line with our terms and conditions. Because of the breach of terms and conditions (that you would have agreed to at checkout), you weren't entitled to a 100% refund. This is a fair deal from my perspective if a person ticks the "I agree" box stating they agree to T&C's and then proceeds to breach them in an appointment by bringing someone unaccounted for to the paid event.
