“I still don't know how good this is as when I received it and read the instructions is was only then that it became clear that once made up I had to use it within 48hours. I wanted to have a product that I could take to work in a little spray bottle to use and feel safe there, or to use as and when I needed it at home. It isn't made clear before you buy it that you can't do this. So it's no good for me.”

“Not really for domestic use as once the tablet is dissolved in 500ml of water it must be used within 48 hours. That’s a lot of spray for domestic needs.”

“Disappointed that this only remains active for 48 hours. Even half a tablet and half a bottle is too much for our small house, so a lot is wasted. Will not buy again.”

“I somehow managed to break the spray handle, emailed customer service and asked for a replacement - no reply or acknowledgement. Parcel arrived quite quickly, as for the actual product, can only hope it works, who can tell!”

“Love the idea but as tablet only active for 48 hours once added to water means throwing out loads of product which I haven’t used within the time frame.”

“Whilst I don’t doubt the killing standards of cert on germs, it basically smells like bleach, and stains things exactly the same as bleach does, including clothes or textiles... not what I was expecting at all. Will only be using what I have on floors with a mop.”

“Bought three sets for me and my daughters. Disappointed,do not feel this is suitable for the normal family home. Although the boast is that Cert kills viruses after 60 seconds it still requires to be left on surfaces for 5 minutes before wiping off. Vapour is very strong , even in a well ventilated room so I have only used it once.”
