“The post office on Sheldon loses mail and packages repeatedly. They couldn't care less and of course their system to report it isn't working as always. They lied and told me that they put the package in my mailbox...since it was too large for that I know they lied. They lose mail and packages way too often!”

“Mail had been delivered to me at Extended Stay on Valley View at 1:01pm when I checked the USPS app. Front desk said I didn't have mail. I went to this post office and supervisor Tei said, "You are going to get your mail don't worry". In five minutes she came back to me and said, "Go to Extended Stay and get your mail". When I got back to Extended Stay as soon as I walked in the door I had my mail. Thank you and many blessings always to you for your awesome diligent service Tei.”
“I walked in on my lunch hour and saw the line but decided to wait. Shortly after I got there, two gentlemen came out and began assisting the customers in line in order to speed up the process. Not only did the guy helping me speed up the process but his partner made a very kind act that eventually saved me lots of valuable time. This post office is close to my work and I will continue to return here due to the customer service. I hope this post office can get these ratings up because they are working hard!”

“I’ve been to this post office three times in the past month and I really don’t understand why this place has such bad ratings. Each time I’ve been, the line has been short, and the same nice fellow has helped me each time. I only interacted briefly with other staff members, but in my experience, all have been courteous, helpful and humorous with me and other customers.”
