“As described in the title, 3 things that seem to be hard to come by these days. I must say though this company delivered full marks on all counts! The product was a beautiful tv stand which looks amazing. The thing came very neatly packaged with tools and even came with white gloves to wear whilst I built it. The building was probably the easiest assembly of anything I ever had to put my hand too and the quality was top notch. The price was slightly cheaper than any where I could find on the net which was my in to purchasing from this company. Nothing more to be said there. Good price. The service and delivery was much faster than I anticipated however I had no idea it was to arrive on he day it did. Luckily I was home and seeing as it came sooner than expected it was a pleasant (lucky) surprise. Overall I will definitely consider this company again and I will definitely recommend to others.”

“Ordered on the Monday evening, following day I received a phone call to say it would be delivered the following day ( Wednesday), so quick. However it was not convenient so I requested Thursday. What more could you ask for. Product is just what I wanted. All very good.”

“I Recently began building a turntable HIFI system and wanted a modern but different HIFI rack and spotted the Jual curve, the build quality and finish are fantastic, so much so I also bought the Jual bookcase and TV stand. I would definitely use Case AV again.”

“I bought an Optimum AV shelving unit which is a quality item. Having searched the web, I found that Chase AV were by far the best price for the product and that their existing reviews were all highly complimentary in terms of customer service and quick delivery. I placed the order and everything went according to plan, with no hitches experienced at all. The unit came well-wrapped and in good time. I will certainly use them again. “Fast delivery, brilliant quality TV stand. So happy with the purchase, will definately recommend. Took a few minutes for my boyfriend to understand the instructions, but fairly simple once he got his head around it. Stand is so original and good quality, not seen anything like it anywhere else. Will purchase from here again.”

“The lamp we ordered was delivered promptly. It was the product we ordered. As it was ordered as a spare we did not risk testing it in our projector as the original lamp still worked. I rate the service at 5 stars but if it turns out the lamp supplied does not work the rating will go down.”

“We ordered a Lectern which arrived promptly but was not adequately packed. The courier had tried to tape up the parcel but there was still a big hole in the bottom, and corners of the item had been slightly damaged. There were no assembly instructions. Even before it was used properly for the first time, the screws holding the book tray came out causing further damage. However, on reporting this to Chase AV Direct a refund was organised promptly.”

“Price of stand was really good value and it was delivered within 3 days but my only complaint is that I never received any notification that anything was on its way. Infact if I look at this moment my account still says "Pending Shipment" . But its my only grumble. The items and price are very good.”

“Delivery was very fast. Chase confirmed it was preparing the order and it arrived the next day. Only minor fault was that it didn't tell me it had been dispatched or who the courier was (although it did say it would).”

“I live in Belgium and wanted a very specific model of TV stand from BDI for a large TV and AV equipment. There are no BDI dealers in Belgium but Chase AV delivered the stand to me at a very reasonable price. They were very helpful throughout the ordering process and I would recommend them without hesitation.”
