"Chronopost delivered package to a pickup point at 210 km away from the delivery address in the WRONG COUNTRY. When contacted, they say there's nothing they can do as package is \"delivered\" and I need to contact shipping company to \"redirect\" the package. Beyond incompetent and unhelpful."
