“I had such a positive experience with one of City Therapy's therapists. At the risk of sounding cliché, it was truly a life-changing experience to have a confidential and compassionate environment where I could explore issues and challenges that I had never dealt with before. I was in therapy sessions for almost two years and for the first time I began to understand myself as a trans person, learned to put myself first, and found healthy coping mechanisms for my anxiety. I would recommend City Therapy to anyone who is either reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy.”

“Highly recommend City Therapy. After losing my dad suddenly in my 20's and now in my mid 30's having come through a pandemic where life stood still, the "busy busy" day distractions were gone and I could no longer run from my feelings. I discovered new things about myself during the pandemic and the feeling of grief and facing new challenges in my life were overwhelming. I just knew I needed to talk to someone and it was something I'd put off starting for years. I filled in online form enquiries before but never had the instant professional follow-up as I did from City Therapy, which is probably why I've put off going for so long. After filling in the online form on the City Therapy website I got an email straight away and a call the very next day. From the first call, I was put completely at ease and felt reassured that I would be matched with the right person to talk to. I'm now going into my 6th Therapy session and I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done. Having that one person that's a professional to talk to that has no connection with your life only for the conversations you have one-to-one in your meetings is life-changing. I can't recommend City Therapy enough and thank them for following through from my very first point of contact.”

“I can honestly say the work I did on myself here with my therapist over two years transformed my life, provided me with every day tools to cope with my every day issues, and is now a safe haven I know I can always turn to when I’m not coping so well. Thank you City Therapy!”

“I would highly recommend the services of the wonderful people at City Therapy. From the very first contact they have helped me to feel at ease and assured. They have guided me through my ongoing process, with great care and are enabling me finally to see how I am able to deal with so much more than i ever thought possible!.
