“I have an intex graphite panel pool. The product advertised shows that the box contains the arm required for the skimmer to be attached on to the pool wall. Unfortunately, the package doesnt come with it as default and has to be seperately ordered. I only discovered it after opening the box. None of the other arms provided work with the graphite panel pool. I took the product back to the store in Canberra. They were quite unhelpful and even said i would have to pay more to get the part. I contacted Clark Rubber head office who were very supportive and placed a request to have the part sent to me. Unfortunately, Clark Rubber have been unable to source the arm from Intex and so they have now refunded my monies. Took about 6 weeks to get to this point. Not overly happy with the service.”

“You stole an hour of my life guys. Your web site says you are open till 6 on Thursdays but arriving at the store at 5.30 after a 30 minute drive, you were closed.”

“Clark Rubber sent out a pool technician Callum today, as I was having trouble with my pool pump and filter (low water pressure). The Tech was attentive and listened to my concerns, he did some troubleshooting and quickly identified the problem, tightened all the pump and filter connections and o-rings, pump and filter working perfectly. The technician was very professional, listened to the client and sorted things out quickly. Great customer service support Clark Rubber Kent Town and your staff and technicians are fantastic. Thanks so much Mark B”
