“Very bad after sale service. I booked and paid online and after the cleaning they claim that I never paid them even though you cannot book unless you pay. My bank card was clearly charged and they claim that they never received payment .They have been on WhatsApp messaging me everyday and demanding payment. DO NOT USE THEM !!”
“I am extremely dissatisfied with the deep cleaning services provided by this company. Their work was abysmal, to say the least. They performed a very basic cleaning, and even that was done poorly. Dust, grease, and marks were left all over the place. They neglected major areas of the house and were ready to leave without cleaning until we insisted.
Moreover, the company lacked proper cleaning machines and supplies. The workers were unprofessional, using only water in a bucket and a dirty cloth to half-heartedly clean the areas we pointed out. We paid a hefty AED1250 for work that our domestic helper could have completed in a few hours. Overall, a complete waste of money and time.”

Not on time, not professional, not doing the work they are supposed to be doing, left work half done,
Called them to clean and to come back to clean up what they left behind and they have been dodging my requests, ignoring me. Asked them to come back again at 2pm on a wednesday and they said they will come at 5 like as if im jobless and have nothing to do, Do not use the service unless if you still need to do half the cleaning yourself. Will never recommend this company, wasted my time, my money spent and this has been a whole lot of stress dealing with this company.

“Unfortunately the cleaners were a disaster. I booked 2 pax for 2 hours and nothing was done. It was extremely frustrating to come home and have to to the cleaning by myself, especially since the are much more expensive than other companies.”
“They were very polite friendly and did a great job. The rugs are super clean and look and smell great. The guys were very helpful and suggested putting them in the garden to dry and bought them back in before they left. Very happy and will def use you again.”
