I ordered mats for my 2015 Mitsubishi L200. They don’t fit, there are sections missing and the clips are in the wrong place. I raised this with them, but they claimed there are two types & don’t stock the other (there isn’t) very poor customer service, won’t accept returns as they have been fitted! The listing states ‘ The set is complete with the correct fixing system for your model and will simply clip straight onto your cars floor connectors. These mats are tailor made here in the UK for a perfect fit. Despite the listing states connectors in right place and perfect fit. Regardless the deluxe set is far from deluxe, very thin. Avoid!

Ordered what should have been the correct mats for my van. Kate delivery by evri of course then when they did turn up completely wrong for my van. I sent them email pictures to prove and left messages no reply, totally appalling service keep away a shower of S..T

After the 1st lot of matts not getting delivered The 2nd set was sent & received. Ordered deluxe for more hard warring, recived very thin not deluxe in my opinion the same as the standard matts which, only last 6 months at most! Not worth paying the extra for.

Unfortunately cannot write a review despite being requested to- we have made numerous attempts to contact the company as we have yet to receive this mat This may be due to the Christmas period - so we are bearing this in mind

The car mats did not fit properly despite being for the corect model and year. I requested a refund but was refused due to having ordered coloured trim. This totally unacceptable as a defective product should be refunded or replaced. After a number of emails, they have refunded £7.38 so I am still nearly £50 out of pocket with car mats I cannot use.

I Ordered a set of mats with blue trim, they arrived after about 8 days. Although the label on the mats says black with blue trim, the trim is black. I emailed the company who said they would send a returns label and I could reorder again. This is not great customer service. Their mistake and I am out of pocket until they get the incorrect mats back and refund me. Hence the 1 star.

Ordered 20m2 of silver stretch carpet originally, which was ok. Then ordered a further 2m2 which arrived, not just a slight shade difference to the original 20m2, the difference was huge. Click car mats did try to rectify by sending out another 2m2 of carpet, however they sent smoke coloured for some strange reason. After I contacted them again they said they would refund, which was fair enough. However I then was still going to be short of carpet. I asked them if they could rather than refund, if I could pay for 3m2 which would have meant I could have covered the roof of the van in the same shade albeit different from the rest of the van. This was refused again for some strange reason, leaving me with the van roof half done. So if you do decide to order, make sure you order enough or you could too be left to go elsewhere. Or maybe even think about going elsewhere from the start may be a better option

I ordered a boot mat for a MG5 EV. Delivery time was okay (by 2022 standards - i.e. a bit slower than promised, but only a few days - there was no rush). The mat is of nice quality (not the best, but adequate), but does not fit (is too long).

They send me a mat that was cut incorrectly, i asked to return the faulty mat and after a week of back and forth sarcastic emails from them and now they have decided its my fault and that I should pay to return the mat. Honestly I wouldn't bother with them if you want to save yourself a headache.
