Hello. Back on 3/25/2025 I ordered the below printer cartridges from your company my first time buying. I installed them into my HP Officejet Pro9010 series printer. They have worked just as good as the HP cartridges until this past Saturday. M printer stopped printer displaying "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged!" The printer window also displayed pics of all three-color cartridges. At the bottom it said Hide. The color cartridges also have plenty of the fluid inside them. When I press the Hide button the printer displayed the Copy window, but as soon as I press Copy it goes right back to the problem window. The window doesn't display the black cartridge. That cartridge is an actual HP cartridge. I know on your cartridges say, "Cartridge is full, ignore the warning messages by clicking OK." The printer window does not display an OK button on the screen no matter what I try to do. Can you please help? Thanks so much.
