“Ordered a custom item with an expected delivery of 12 weeks. Emailed at this point to no response. Emailed a week later to just be told it would be delivered soon. Arrived today with the order for saying it was submitted the day I emailed 3 months after it was originally ordered. Issue was never acknowledged. Very disappointing”
