“I can't recommend them enough. We have used similar companies for shipping in the past, but you either have to settle for cheap shipping or good customer service. Cloud shipping do both. Excellent customer service with fast replies and the best rates on shipping via UPS (my preferred courier) I can find. I had a few problems with shipping labels and uploading my own comercial invoice, which their customer services resolved quickly. Their customer service calls from time to time, not to up-sell, but to check if there are any issues. This has proven helpful in the past.”

“Cloud shipping is user friendly, very straight-forawrd to book/cancel shipments. The response is very quick and effiecent if there are any issues we need help with. Only negative is sometimes the screens can take a while to load, but it is not too bad. Overall, happy with cloud shipping.”

“We have been using Cloudshipping for our Domestic and International shipments for a few months now and the service we have recieved has been excellent. We have very few issues with bookings which usually comes down to the Courier and not Cloud themselves. After contacting their Support team, they always manage to resolve the problem and have very friendly and knowledgeable members on hand to help at all times. We also see very good rates for all domestic shipments, we have seen noticeable savings from our prior shipping portal. I would recommend Cloud Shipping to any and all form of businesses in need of a reliable Shipping Agent.”

“We have used several cloud based courier broking services over the last 7 years. They are all quite simple to use and they allow you to choose the best value shipping based on your particular parcel and destination. When something has gone wrong and the parcel is lost or damaged, it would take lots of time and energy to investigate what happened. Chasing the account manager to then chase the courier for updates and even a loss of parcel request (typically up to £60 compensation - even though the contents could be above £1,000). This is where cloudshipping are different - Should an issue occur, Cloudshipping account managers are usually on the ball and already looking for further information, whilst informing us of a pontential issue (long before we would be aware otherwise), this is extremely helpful when our products are very time sensitive. If I have to raise an enquiry, there is normally a response within 10 minutes of my enquiry - Thank you for this :-) - May your excellent service continue!”

“Used Cloud Shipping for the first time to air freight 250kg from USA to UK . Website was extremely user friendly and goods were sent using UPS. Received tracking data troughout the process and all goods arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Would definetly recommend you try them !”

“I have done a couple of small shipments with Cloud and I must say the process is easy. They were efficient and reliable. The only small matter is there was an option to upload your own commercial invoices but looks like this feature has been removed. As I say that's only a small matter over many many great good matters.”
