I funded my account once with a small amount to see if this company was a scam
And it seemed legit
The transfer took way longer than it should
I then transferred into my account 500cad on May 04 2020
I have my etransfer references number and my etransfer number that confirms the deposit
Coinberry has yet to fund my account with my money and has had little to no response or customer service. Its Dec 28 2020
They have accused me of having my funds returned however my bank
Td canada trust says coinberry has auto deposit set up and the money hasn't been returned
I gave coinberry the 8-digit confirmation number for the etransfer proving it wouldn't have been returned to me as it has been auto deposited to one of their 3 accounts
The deposit was for 500 Canadian dollars May 04 2020
I would like my money back
With more research, I have discovered this isnt an isolated incident
Coinberry has taken people's money and have made it virtually impossible to have returned.

“Currently locked out of my account there is still funds in the account. I have submitted i.d. etc. Per request and was promised the 13th it would be fixed it is not. Can't get a hold if anyone or a reply to emails want it fixed then taking my money elsewhere once I can access it again.”
