“Currently locked out of my account there is still funds in the account. I have submitted i.d. etc. Per request and was promised the 13th it would be fixed it is not. Can't get a hold if anyone or a reply to emails want it fixed then taking my money elsewhere once I can access it again.”

“It was easy for me to load money via email transfer and i bought my Bitcoin easy, my nightmare only started when i wanted to withdraw both my money and my bitcoins. i had cancel the tranfers several times coz it just wouldn't finish processing. To cut the story short my money and my Bitcoins are still in coinberry and i have since given up withdrawing them and by the way also tried sending it all out to a friend but that too didn't work.
