“Fabulous product supplied with amazing service. Beautifully packaged and delivered exactly when they promised. There were plenty of other suppliers that we looked at but so glad that we chose Confetti Bee! Highly recommended, don’t hesitate go with these guys, you won’t regret doing so !”

“The confetti looks lovely but the quantity is very poor, the bags say 1litre but was less than half full -( unable to upload pictures) please read carefully as the customer service say they weigh the confetti, I had to order more and these bags were a lot fuller !! I had 2 lots of delivery charges and missed out on a discount as was 2 orders - the team wasn’t very helpful just said return it all for a refund, but unfortunately as my wedding in 2 days isn’t possible to order elsewhere - I was expecting better after service but they didn’t seem to care”

“I purchased the Coral rose petals (loose) 1 litre and 20 clear packets separately. I got these for my brother's wedding and paid extra for it to be delivered quickly. Although I was very pleased with the delivery, I don’t believe that the description was accurate. The description said 1 litre would be around 10-15 handfuls or fill around 20 packets. I could just about fit 4 packets. It was a waste of money nor was it good value. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here”

Hi Sonia, we're really disappointed to hear that you felt unsatisfied with your experience with Confetti Bee. We take great pride in both our product quality & value and do feel other reviewers' positive experiences would support our commitment to this. It's always difficult to advise on specific volumes and how that translates to handfuls and packets etc, but we do try to guide as best we can. Of course a litre of the larger petal confetti (like you ordered) may fill slightly fewer packets than the smaller petal options, but if we're honest, not to the extremes you mention. We accept that one person's idea of a handful may differ to another's, but we've not had any other feedback of this kind to date. Hi Meledy, I am very sorry you are disappointed and angry at the petals you received. I can see you placed an order for 1 litre of our Ivory Rose Petals at a total cost of £17.99. All our petals are measured with a 1 litre jug before they are sent out to our customers. The bag you received your petals is more than a litre and therefore wouldn't be full. As you have also chosen a large petal it will appear you get less than you would with a smaller petal, as naturally you would need more of a smaller petal to fill a 1 litre jug than you would with a larger petal. We also do not force the petals into the measuring jugs as this would damage the petals. If you had come to us with your concerns regarding your purchase first we would have been happy to help resolve this for you, if you are still very unhappy we would be happy once the items are returned to offer a full refund.
