“Ben was very good at focusing on the important content of the course and allowing time for questions to be asked which helped us digest the information. He also provided breaks at the right time in-between each module and lab. Ben was also able to answer all of our questions as he has very good experience with Palo Firewalls. I enjoyed his teaching approach and made the course more interesting.”
