“Not much. His attitude was horrible. The entire class he kept saying are we still friends to the entire class? Really, are we still friends? Over and over? It was obvious he didn't check the lab environment beforehand because none of the labs worked correctly. His overall attitude is horrible. Remember, everyone on the call is an SME in technology. Cloud, security, architects, DevSevOps, etc. Or entire class just ook the EDU-210 class, and the young lady that taught that was great. Very professional, and had checked here labs, and environment beforehand. we didn't even get the lab book or access to the lab environment until the first day was almost over. Again, this makes your company look like you just hired this guy last week. Very unprofessional.”

We will raise your concerns with Palo Alto Networks to improve the quality of the labs. I’m afraid this was outside of the control of the instructor. The labs for the Prisma Access training are provided by Palo Alto Networks because of the cloud element of the product. The instructor only receives the access details on the Sunday evening before the start of the class. Even in the little time that the instructor had to check the labs, there was not much he could do because the issue that occurred only showed after the commissioning of the Prisma Access instance. However, if the instructor goes through the commissioning process beforehand with his instructor’s lab, then he is not able to demo the commissioning process during class. Unfortunately, Palo Alto Networks also does not provide any spare labs that he could have used to check. Your experience in the EDU-210 class was different as we are able to use our own labs for this class, where we always send out the detail well in advance the week before.
