“I would give them 10 stars if it was possible to do so. I emailed them and they replied back straight away. I had 75 cassettes converted and they communicated with me promptly through out the whole process. All the small details, in how I want my films recorded on the usb in what order, everything was understood by them properly. With a large order like mine they arranged pick up and delivery of my cassettes - I didn’t have to do anything. Everytime I emailed them they always replied back with updates and screenshots of the video and any issues there ate etc. I cannot recommend their service enough! I will definitely contact them again in the future to convert my small tapes. If you are reading this review to decide whether to work with them - think no more - you are in the right place! Excellent service!”

“What they did in my case proves to me they are a business who really does care about their customers. Their level of care shows me that the most precious of tapes would be safe in their hands. Mine was a tape of my mum which I hadn’t seen for 10-15 years. It was incredible and emotional for me and my dad to see her again after so long. Time had made me forget what she sounded like. To have that now readily available and so easy to watch again and again is priceless. If you are looking to get your tape converted then look no further, great prices and amazing service.”

“Double plus good, explained clearly their service and how to use it, kept me informed of progress, returned converted recordings promptly and efficiently and the transcriptions were excellent. And a competitive price. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to convert 20 year old VHS video recordings into something understood by modern equipment.”

“Excellent service. Wasn’t sure what I had recorded years ago so sent these to be converted onto usb stick. When that arrived I was delighted to see all my recordings and memories from years gone by. Delighted with the conversion. Will definitely recommend”
