I would give them 10 stars if it was possible to do so. I emailed them and they replied back straight away. I had 75 cassettes converted and they communicated with me promptly through out the whole process. All the small details, in how I want my films recorded on the usb in what order, everything was understood by them properly. With a large order like mine they arranged pick up and delivery of my cassettes - I didn’t have to do anything. Everytime I emailed them they always replied back with updates and screenshots of the video and any issues there ate etc. I cannot recommend their service enough! I will definitely contact them again in the future to convert my small tapes. If you are reading this review to decide whether to work with them - think no more - you are in the right place!
